Privacy policy.

Effective date: April 26, 2026 · Last updated: April 26, 2026

Privacy Terms of use Cookie notice

1. Introduction

This policy describes how Ariana.Digital (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit ariana.digital and related marketing properties, request information, or otherwise interact with us in a business context. It is meant to be readable; it is not a substitute for bespoke legal advice or a client-specific data-processing agreement.

2. Who we are

Ariana.Digital provides AI consulting, delivery, and related services. For privacy questions, data subject requests, or security disclosures, contact clientsuccess@ariana.digital.

3. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Contact and account details - name, work email, company, role, phone number, and similar fields you submit via forms, email, or calendar booking.
  • Diagnostic or inquiry content - information you choose to share when requesting assessments, demos, or proposals.
  • Technical data - IP address, device and browser type, general location derived from IP, referring URL, and pages viewed. This may come from server logs or analytics tools.
  • CRM / application data - when you use certain lead or diagnostic flows, submissions may be stored in our systems (for example, Supabase-hosted infrastructure) to fulfill your request and follow up.

4. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and operate our website;
  • Schedule meetings, deliver services, and manage client relationships;
  • Send operational or marketing communications where permitted (you may opt out of non-essential messages);
  • Measure site performance, improve content, and protect against fraud or abuse;
  • Comply with law and enforce our terms.

5. Legal bases (EEA / UK visitors)

Where GDPR applies, we rely on appropriate bases such as contract (steps prior to a contract or performance), legitimate interests (secure operation, analytics at an appropriate level, business development), and consent where required (for example, certain cookies or marketing). You may object or withdraw consent where applicable by contacting us.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers who host our site, run email and analytics, or support delivery (for example, cloud and scheduling platforms), subject to contracts and confidentiality. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

7. International transfers

We operate primarily from the United States. If we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.

8. Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Retention periods vary by context; contact us for more detail on a specific processing activity.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise rights, email clientsuccess@ariana.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

10. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie notice. Our site may integrate tag management or analytics; your choices may be managed through our cookie banner where provided and through browser settings.

11. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.

12. Children

Our services are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

13. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and adjust the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through the site or by email where appropriate.
